Hier wird die Serviceleistung bewertet und die Qualität der allgemeinen Ausstattung des Resorts: 1. Gardenvilla mit Pool: sehr geräumig eigene schön gelegene eingebettete unter Palmen gelegene Villen. Das Badezimmer mit zwei Waschbecken geräumiger Dusche und abschließbarer Toilette. Offener Übergang den man mit Schiebetüren schließen kann zum schlafbereich. Schlafqualität: die Betten sind keine Boxspringbetten was ich bei dieser preislage erwarte mit einem funktionierenden Topper. Es gibt zwei Kissen die beide nicht sehr bequem sind. Auf Nachfrage bekommt man nur ein kleines Kissen von einer Fluggesellschaft aus Schaumstoff - dies ist inakzeptabel. Die beiden Matratzen wießen Verschmutzungen auf die noch nicht einmal versucht worden vom reinigungspersonal zu säubern - inakzeptabel. Matratze ist so hart dass wenn man auf der Seite liegt Rückenschmerzen davon bekommen kann - kein einsinken des Körpers möglich. Minibar: wird täglich aufgefüllt und ist im Preis inbegriffen mit einer Packung kleiner Chips Bounty und zwei Bier eine Dose Coca-Cola eine Dose Coca-Cola Zero ein Ananas drink und eine Art Eistee. Was jedoch oft auch erst nach 16 Uhr geschieht da roomservice und housekeeping getrennt sind, warum auch immer.

After making a reservation, I inquired about the boat time, but no reply even after two days. I asked a friend to call, but he only told me verbally, no reply. They are not educated. The difference in hospitality between this hotel and Conrad is huge. It is a third-rate hotel. There is no cart. It is a small hotel. It is not enjoyable. Overall it is old.

房間雖然小了點，但是2020年重新裝修過，園景很不錯，環境小清新，適合拍照。而且minibar是免費的，有啤酒、飲料和小吃。早餐確實不算豐富，但是相對來説，4星酒店，性價比很高。

Très bien dans l’ensemble, seuls bémols aucune attention particulière pour l’événement que nous venions spécialement célébrer dans l’établissement et un rapport qualité prix aucune final très mauvais car nous avons déjà eu des prestations similaires pour beaucoup moins chers.

Well. I paid 1800 euro for night, by 訂房網站.com and by this platform you cannot reserve with dinner included and you have to know that an average dinner is around 100 euro for person. Sometimes during the dinner there is a show. In the room there are no razor blades, toothbrushes and toothpastes, because these can be found in the boutiques inside the resort at outrageous prices (razor blade 9€) Ok the location is wonderful, the water very clean like all lagoon, and yes, the motus are better than stay on main island. You cannot swim or kayak beyond 30mt from resort. Until now, at the same price are better st.regis and intercontinental thalasso.

房間很大，服務很好，花園植被豐富，設計有當地文化特色，就是稍稍有一點舊，但是比起其他resort算新的了～早餐也很豐富，淺灘魚群好多，在波拉波拉島上總體來説很高性價比很完美
